Organize pages
Organize PDF
Reorder, rotate, or remove pages from one PDF before submitting a document portal. The page operations happen in your browser and the result downloads locally as organized.pdf.
When to use it
- Move pages into the order a form expects.
- Remove extra pages before creating a final upload file.
- Rotate sideways scan pages by 90-degree steps.
- Create a clean PDF result without changing your original file.
How it works
Select one PDF, review the numbered page list, then move, rotate, or remove pages. The MVP does not render thumbnails, so it is best for files where you already know the page numbers you want to adjust.
The current limit is one PDF up to 50 MB and 100 pages. Encrypted or damaged PDFs may fail because the browser cannot read their pages.
Privacy principles
- No upload.
- No account is required.
- No cloud storage is used.
- No file history is kept by the app.
- The result downloads locally through a temporary Blob URL.
- Selected PDF contents stay in the browser workflow.
FAQ
- Can I organize PDF pages without an account?
- Yes. The Organize PDF tool runs in your browser, requires no account, and creates a local download named organized.pdf.
- Are my PDF pages sent to a server?
- No. The selected PDF is read by your browser and the organized PDF is created locally with pdf-lib.
- What can I change?
- The MVP lets you move pages up or down, rotate pages left or right by 90 degrees, and remove pages from the result.
- Does this tool show page thumbnails?
- No. Page preview thumbnails are intentionally excluded from this MVP. The page list uses page numbers only.
